Doug's Data

The Credit Bubble Bulletin, by Doug Noland.

When we started this Residential Investor's Report, we recreated the wheel each week by parsing market statistics gleaned from Doug Noland's widely read and excellent weekly analysis, "The Credit Bubble Bulletin," published at the also excellent Prudent Bear web site.

While overall domestic and global market statistics are important for a residential investor to be aware of, we've come to believe that Doug's weekly analysis/essay (which follows the statistics) is required reading for residential investors who need to understand that there is more, much more, to understand in order to protect their family, home, and their capital investments in residential property.

The popular press, we argue, follows the government and Federal Reserve line. Even deriding alternative, legitimate professional opinon.

In considering Doug's work over time we also wish to recommend three other pieces, which we belive are classics.
